On September 25, 2010 Brick & Mortar had our first show to celebrate the new beginning and inspirations. We had our friend Andy Zipf come and be a part of our big opening night!

In September 2010, I moved back to Florida [after living there in the summer as an intern for TWLOHA]. Brick & Mortar, a creative collective run by a community of inspired friends, was being built and I was asked to join in on the adventure. While living in Florida, I was a jr designer and intern for Skyler Vander Molen, who is not only a talented designer, but is also a co-founder of Brick & Mortar. I was able to work on some projects that were a part of the beginnings of the collective. Check out what they are doing now! HERE.

Here are some photos I took at the event:

Here is a poster I created for the non-profit To Write Love on Her Arms. It was sold at the speaking events during the Winter of 2012. The poster was screen printed at Mama's Sauce in Orlando, FL.

In Typo-photo at VCU, we had to select an exhibition [past, present, or future] from the Virginia Museum of Fine Arts, then we were to design a large promotional poster.

This is my poster design for the Sally Mann exhibition at the VMFA in Richmond, V.A.

For the imagery, I mainly used film cameras, with the exception of a few DSLR photographs.
